What is Manic Panic?
It is a brand of semi-permanent fantasy hair dyes formulated without ammonia based on high quality natural components: vegan and "Cruelty Free" vegetable ingredients and pigments. They are applied without mixing with peroxide and are free of parabens, gluten, resorcinol, phthalates and PPD.
But you also have endless combinations, since you can use all the colors on your chart as you want, that is, you can mix colors and create your custom tones. You can also create your own pastel tones by mixing any Manic Panic color with its Mixed / Pastel-Izer that serves to lower any color you choose from its menu.
